Sometimes what society seems to be asking of us doesn't line up with our talents, interests, or skills. We might be told, or feel deep down, that we're not "living up to our potential," whatever that is. It's not just you. It's hard trying to thrive when your brain feels like it's mismatched with the expectations around you.
ADHD Coaching is designed to help you understand and work with your unique brain to move beyond the expectations and ideas of 'potential' the outside world applies to you and move towards purposefully building the life you choose: a life based on your true strengths, interests, and aspirations. We'll also work out how to use those strengths to better navigate the challenging structures we might continue to encounter along the way.
