Think of me as a collaborator on your life's projects, whatever they might be. ADHD can show up in lots of areas of life, and different people have different priorities. Our partnership can range from things like exploring your deepest aspirations to brainstorming on practical challenges, and from understanding what patterns show up in your relationships to strategizing about your next work meeting. The agenda is always driven by your priorities and goals. I bring a non-judgmental presence and an expertise in ADHD and the many ways it can manifest, and we will generally spend our sessions using creative inquiry to explore the aspirations and challenges that you bring to the table and coming up with personalized strategies for your unique brain.

As a coach, I am a mix of a lot of different qualities. I am supportive and empathetic listener who views my clients with unconditional positive regard. I am also neuroscience and data informed and get excited about systems and spreadsheets. Not to mention, I'm a big picture thinker who loves to ponder the meaning of life. I also care deeply about issues of social and environmental justice and intersectionality.
Most of all, finding the right coach is about rapport and resonance. Your coach should be someone who you can trust and who makes you feel seen, in addition to being someone whose approach works for you. If we don't turn out to be the right fit for each other, I'm happy to help you find someone else who might be a better match. Let's chat to see what we think.
ADHD Coaches are not here to diagnose or treat any disorders. We're generally present and future-focused. We're also strengths focused, and we're looking for the areas where your talents lie and helping bring those to bear to improve your life overall. In some situations, working with a therapist and a coach at the same time can be beneficial.
